rubber cork sheets Rubber cork sheets are manufactured from cork aggregate and different rubber mixtures, such as NBR, SBR, EPDM, EVA, neoprene, ACM, silicone, epichlorohydrin or polyurethane. This material is incredible elastic, durable and resistant against lubricants, oils, fuels, gases and many other chemical substances. Used as a material for car, agricultural machinery and industry gaskets.

Rubber cork sheets are manufactured from cork aggregate and an appropriate mixture. In special form blocks bases for sheets of different sizes and thickness from 1 to 10mm are created. Rubber cork sheets are suitable for all usages where low or medium pressure. Depending on the preferences, the mixtures are modified to achieve the most optimum technical specification and resistance for a specific purpose.
 
Depending on the purpose cork gasket sheets may have the following technical specification:

•  density: 450-1250 kg per CBM•  hardness: 30-90 Shore A•   compression: 8-60% (400 psi)
•   tensile strength: 0.5 to 3.5 MPa•  working temperature: 60 – 175 °C•  tolerance: +/- 1%
